39. Where a settlement is reached after the notification of an answer or contestation on the merits, or where an application is dismissed following an application for dismissal, the fees are as follows:

Class I: $340;

Class II: $475;

Class III: $610;

Class IV: $750;

Class V: $880.

Class I: $340;

Class II: $475;

Class III: $610;
